How do I train my cat to wear clothes?
Pay extra attention to the fit! Ill fitting clothing is the number one reason most cats dislike clothes or come out of their clothes! Please contact us at info@nudiepatooties.com if you have any questions about sizing your cat! If your cat is new to clothes we recommend small blocks of time to start (with lots of treats!) Continue building the amount of time until your cat is comfortable. We never recommend leaving your cat in clothes without supervision.
How do I know if my cat needs clothes?
The rule of thumb in our home is that if you can't walk around barefoot without chilly toes, your Sphynx most likely needs a layer of protection too! Whether it is cold ceramic or hardwood floors, air conditioning, or cold weather in general, a shirt/fleece to a cat is like you needing to wear a pair of socks! Make sure to check out all our fabrics! Minky is a plush velvety feeling fabric that is cozy fall through spring! We also have some beautiful, winter weight knits (including velvet and fleece lined sweatshirt fabric) that are found under our tshirt tab!
If my cat is not a Sphynx, can they still wear clothes?
Absolutely! We have plenty of fur friends who wear Nudie Patooties. Follow information on our "Size and Fit" page.
How do I wash and care for my new purchases?
Wet stained areas of clothes with warm water, spray OxiClean or similar product around arms and neck. Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Faux fur must be hand washed and fluffed on low heat in dryer.
How long will orders within the US take to arrive?
All orders are shipped 1-5 days after the order is placed. All domestic orders over $25 include FREE SHIPPING are shipped USPS first class mail which takes 1-3 business days.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Shipping for international orders over $25 is $14.00 and are shipped USPS first class mail. We can not represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price. International buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, and any brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipper. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.
